The staff are very unfriendly. The burger is smaller than in Argentina. Same price. They don't speak English, even though it's 500 meters from the Pantheon and across from the Luxembourg Gardens.

Two years later, it's time to update this review this Wednesday evening... Unfortunately, it's a downgrade, losing two stars. The first deduction is due to the order and service issues: they were out of the Emmental crisps, and the chicken wrap was ultimately incorrect: it was missing bacon. Given the crowd, I didn't have the energy to go downstairs to complain at the counter and waste time. The second reason is the state of the restrooms, despite the coded door. You really have to be motivated and not afraid/need to wait your turn. This decline is, I think, largely due to the increased customer traffic; the wait is short, but it affects the atmosphere and the service: people in the lobby, few use of reusable containers, and mistakes in the kitchen. A shame...

Burger King is actually one of my favorite franchises in France. It’s an uncommonly good fast-food option. The salad with arugula is fantastic! The service is kind, although you may need to be patient to receive your food during peak hours because it’s very popular with students from the surrounding area.

Excellent service, I recommend it, very clean toilets!
