I had a good meal there and the service was quite fast. We come fairly often. Frequently enough that I have to complain about the fact that the staff lets in drunken people who come begging while we're eating, even in the upstairs dining room.

Excellent service, I thank the counter staff who were very kind and were able to resolve my problem.

The lunchtime service is adequate, welcoming and friendly.

The advantage is that you won't burn yourself on the fries or the sandwich. No ice cream available. For ice cream, there's a Yogurt Factory in Cordeliers for €3.50 on Sundays. The downstairs room isn't great, the counter service is slow and cold. The toilets have a code; the visually impaired will appreciate that... P.S. Change the music 🎶

Excellent service and very pleasant staff

The place is utterly depressing. The floor is incredibly sticky, the seats are uninviting, and the tables aren't cleaned. While the servers are friendly, it's a shame there's no table service, especially when there are only three customers...

The soft drinks are only fizzy in name! They're nothing more than sugar-flavored water with zero bubbles! On the plus side, the friendly staff definitely improves the rating.

Tania is great, excellent service. One of the best restaurants I've ever been to, I highly recommend it if you want to eat well.
