The service is catastrophic. Staff who look down on you. Should we remind them that it is thanks to the customer that they work. The only positive point is one of the managers who is super smiling and efficient

The staff is smiling and pleasant, even if the service is sometimes slow due to the lack of staff, they do their best to satisfy all customers, just a small problem sometimes els burger has the bread a little hard which makes them less good but if not everything is correct

Going to the drive-thru, the drinks are served half the cup, it's always a surprise when you arrive home, I think it's my last time here.

04/08/2024: An absolutely saviour when I was craving home food in Europe. Entire staff were friendly and helpful. Special thank you and gratitude to the Bangladeshi lady called Munni, she was friendly, generous. Her hospitality was appreciated. Enjoyed the food. The tea/ chai was absolutely homely. Was 3 days in Paris, at all three days at this lovely restaurant. Prices were great as well. Nothing to fault. Absolutely a winner for me 😊 Naz
