My partner and I had lunch there today.
Everything went very well. My partner wasn't happy with her dish, but the waiter reacted immediately. Thank you to the whole team for this lovely experience.

The continental breakfast is simple but good; you can order fried eggs (although the scrambled eggs available don't follow the traditional recipe, as is the case in the vast majority of hotels). The staff is lovely and attentive, always trying to accommodate you (they're obviously less friendly with those who don't know how to behave). Charles, whom you might recognize in a suit, is a manager and is very friendly. He'll certainly share some anecdotes about concerts and prestigious guests who have stayed at the hotel, if the opportunity arises. And like the rest of the staff, he'll be attentive and try to be available for you.

Excellent service and welcome for the breakfast organized for my birthday at Quinte & Sens on Friday, March 27, 2026. Chef David kindly prepared delicious and flavorful Russian-style omelets, topped with caviar (which I had brought to mark the occasion). Everything was prepared with a smile and kindness.
The service in the dining room with Ahmed was very attentive and efficient.
Suggestion: a gluten-free bread option and pastry.
Excellent time spent at the restaurant. Congratulations to the entire team, including Rachida.
A very good option for a complete breakfast in La Défense.

I mostly just pass through the hotel bar where Alliou and the whole team welcome us with a smile and immeasurable kindness. Always smiling and full of energy, Alliou is quick and efficient in managing the bar and welcoming customers.

Disappointing for a restaurant attached to a 5-star hotel. Having stayed at the Pullman La Défense, I wanted to try the restaurant. The daily special was very average, and the dessert was equally average... thankfully the staff and the setting somewhat redeemed the experience.
