My partner and I had lunch there today. Everything went very well. My partner wasn't happy with her dish, but the waiter reacted immediately. Thank you to the whole team for this lovely experience. Special mention to Moussa and Jahid, who made it a little more special.

I had dinner at Quintes et Sens this evening, and your chefs Nurul and Sako delighted my taste buds. Sulman and Sami took excellent care of me, serving me these delicious dishes. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The continental breakfast is simple but good; you can order fried eggs (although the scrambled eggs available don't follow the traditional recipe, as is the case in the vast majority of hotels). The staff is lovely and attentive, always trying to accommodate you (they're obviously less friendly with those who don't know how to behave). Charles, whom you might recognize in a suit, is a manager and is very friendly. He'll certainly share some anecdotes about concerts and prestigious guests who have stayed at the hotel, if the opportunity arises. And like the rest of the staff, he'll be attentive and try to be available for you.

Excellent service and welcome for the breakfast organized for my birthday at Quinte & Sens on Friday, March 27, 2026. Chef David kindly prepared delicious and flavorful Russian-style omelets, topped with caviar (which I had brought to mark the occasion). Everything was prepared with a smile and kindness. The service in the dining room with Ahmed was very attentive and efficient. Suggestion: a gluten-free bread option and pastry. Excellent time spent at the restaurant. Congratulations to the entire team, including Rachida. A very good option for a complete breakfast in La Défense.

28/06/2026: We ate at the all-you-can-eat buffet, which is only available on Sunday at lunchtime. The fruit, main dishes, and desserts were all delicious, and the service was excellent too! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
11/06/2026: I happened to drop by one weekday lunchtime without a reservation. I received a warm welcome. A buffet was being offered instead of some of the set menus, so I decided to give it a try because of the affordable price and the variety of options. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and will definitely be back!
