Quintessence sur Metz

Nous connaissions ce restaurant que nos avions testé pendant la période du covid mais pas encore à Noël . Mais notre surprise était encore plus grande : le personnel à la hauteur, un chef accueillant , un décor épuré mais chaleureux tout de même . Pas de temps d'attente entre les plats : terrine de foie gras, filet de bar rôti , ballotine de chapon . Tout était parfait ... pour un prix tout à raisonnable .

Tout était parfait accueil service cuisine prix. On tient compte intolérances dans le menu surprise et on propose un autre plat.

We came for dinner as a group of 2, the meal was simply delicious. The chef really works hard in preparing the dishes as well as in the dressings. The Serbian woman was very pleasant, thank you very much for this service :)

Excellent time, delicious cuisine, dishes made with passion and a love of the product that is felt in the tasting! A caring service, with a smile and in an intimate and comfortable setting. We will come back without hesitation, thank you for everything.

Discovery of the restaurant for a mother-daughter dinner. Intimate atmosphere in a pretty room, the decoration is neat without overdoing it and you can easily hear yourself talking during the meal. Elegant and efficient service without being too stuffy and very good wines. The cuisine is refined, with lots of play on textures, well-mastered original pairings and perfect cooking. The plates are beautiful and generous, we really enjoyed it. We will come back with pleasure for another beautiful moment. Nb: red fruit soup like a pavlova would be even more highlighted on a lighter plate ☺️

Great dining experience, an interesting 5-course menu. Not very sweet dessert appreciated.

Ate here on Ascension Day, it was not busy (only 3 tables). The food was great, the service good and the price was acceptable.

Great restaurant, the quality of the cuisine is well worth the price, everything is good, beautiful, well prepared. The staff is very friendly.
