Quintessia sur Orvault

For my first experience at Quintessia, I'm delighted. I had a wonderful time for a bachelorette party. The brunch was delicious (homemade recipe, fresh ingredients). And the magical setting (a haven of nature) contributes to total relaxation and stress relief (spa). I highly recommend it and I'm even thinking of going with my family.

Beautiful hotel, excellent amenities, and very pleasant staff. We spent one night with access to the spa, a true haven of well-being. A special mention goes to the Louange bar, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink, as well as for its board game selection. We loved it!

We received a very warm and friendly welcome. The room was absolutely perfect, with both a bathtub and a shower – exactly what we were hoping for, and it delivered. The bed was very comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect. The surroundings were peaceful and very natural. We also wanted to commend the cleaning staff, who were very efficient.

This is our third visit. The last time was about five years ago. After speaking with several people, everyone agreed that things weren't improving. Before, we had a bathrobe, a bag, and decent slippers free of charge. The armchairs where you can hear the birdsong and the sound of waves are very pleasant. When one armchair was hot, I reported it, and then it was the other one that was hot—always just one, and less hot than it was five years ago.

A wonderful, relaxing time for two (a personalized massage followed by brunch). Thank you to Ophélie, Ami, and Anaëlle for their warm welcome, to Athénaïs and Emma for the quality of the massages and their kindness, and thank you also to Boris for the delicious brunch. We were delighted with this little getaway for two. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

*Areas for improvement: - Comfortable room but not worthy of a 4-star rating - Terrible TV reception - Cleanliness of the walls (some removed items left visible marks) - Flip-flops with two left feet - Bar area too dark - Breakfast served late; if you have to leave early, this can be complicated because you can order, but the quantity is limited to 3 mini pastries (baguette slice, mini croissant or pain au chocolat, or mini twist). I know they need to avoid waste, but the business breakfast is too meager. *Positive points: - The restaurant is of good quality, the staff is very welcoming and pleasant - The restaurant service was perfect - The waiter was very friendly, as was the waitress - The pool and spa area is perfect for relaxing. - The hotel provides bathrobes.

My husband gave me a gift certificate from your hotel, spa, massage, and restaurant. The room was perfect: very comfortable bedding, elegant decor, complimentary drinks, shower gel, and a hairdryer—truly excellent. The staff was very pleasant (except for one gentleman who served dinner in the evening). We were disappointed by the spa. We had a one-hour slot, but it was extremely crowded, so we couldn't access all the facilities. The massage was perfect. Beautiful establishment.

We went there while there was construction work to relax, it's complicated.
