Regular customers have noticed that the broth has changed a little and what joy!! It’s even less salty and smoother, that’s a big yes!
The Gyozas and Karaage are still so good!
The new tiramisu dessert with matcha tea is really very good!

Quality products. A great discovery in a Japanese urban restaurant atmosphere. A varied menu which ultimately uses the same products cooked differently. We find home-made. Remember to book as the room fills up quickly.
4 of us went to this restaurant. The place is very pleasant and quite busy, so remember to make a reservation. We ordered 4 different ramens and we were all very satisfied.
Being vegetarian I chose the Veggie Ramen in medium. It was very hearty and the broth was excellent, lots of flavor and comforting (quite rare for a vegetarian broth, so it should be noted).
The service was a little slow but we went there on a day when the restaurant was full.
For dessert we had the matcha choux which I highly recommend and the mochiterolles (if I'm not talking nonsense), these were not incredible.
It should also be noted that the prices are really very reasonable for the quantities served and the quality of the food!
I will return to this restaurant with pleasure and I highly recommend it!
