An absolute gem! The welcome is fantastic from the moment you walk through the door: the staff is incredibly energetic, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. You immediately feel right at home. As for the food, it's simply flawless. A huge congratulations to the chef for his mastery of flavors and the care he puts into each dish. It was delicious, generous, and utterly delightful. A must-visit restaurant that you leave with a smile and only one desire: to return as soon as possible. Go for it without hesitation!

Probably the best ramen in Nice! I particularly enjoy this dish; I've tried many ramen in several countries and have my own ranking. Kumano's are truly excellent, especially the spicy version, which is very well-balanced. A must-try!

The restaurant was okay, but not great. I ordered Shoyu Ramen (pork) + Takoyaki + Karaage. The service was good, and there were little hooks for our belongings (like in Japan), which was nice. However: - The Karaage was served without mayonnaise, which is absurd. It only had the salad dressing, but it wasn't a good match. - The Takoyaki were good, but not up to par. - The Shoyu Ramen had soft pork, but it wasn't melt-in-your-mouth tender. The broth was very diluted, almost like drinking Pho. There were spinach sprouts, which is unusual for Ramen, but it was tolerable. The noodles were okay, but not particularly good.
