Ramen Kumano sur Nice

Absolutely delicious! The ramen is top quality, the broths are full of flavor, and the portions are generous. The prices are reasonable. In short, go for it without hesitation!

This ramen restaurant is excellent! Their chicken katsu is particularly delicious, which is why we go back regularly. The service is quick and efficient, even if the decor is quite simple. 🍜 Reservations aren't possible; you have to arrive right when they open to have any hope of eating during the first seating, otherwise you'll have to wait for the second! It's often crowded 😉 ♿️ A nice touch for accessibility: a table is reserved by the window for the entire evening!

Although it seems to have won some awards for authentic Japanese ramen, it's actually more suited to European tastes. The noodles were overcooked, the broth wasn't rich enough, and the soft-boiled egg and chashu pork weren't flavorful enough. Overall, it wasn't bad, just a typical European version of ramen. So, if it claims to be authentic Japanese ramen, it falls short. Perhaps this high expectation led to great disappointment. Besides, it wasn't cheap either.

A wonderful discovery! The service is truly fantastic, with a welcoming, attentive, and friendly team. The portions are generous and delicious. The atmosphere is also very pleasant and convivial. Seeing so many Asian customers dining here is especially reassuring about the quality of the food. I highly recommend this restaurant!

If you've always dreamed of exercising before eating, you'll love the challenge of queuing on the sidewalk, rain or shine. After an hour of standing in reverence, you're finally ushered into this sanctuary where personal space is a completely forbidden concept. Once wedged between the elbow of your neighbor to the left and the handbag of your neighbor to the right, the show begins: scalding hot broth and noodles served at lightning speed. Everything is designed to ensure you devour your bowl in under 12 minutes flat. Barely have you swallowed the last drop of broth when the staff's insistent stares remind you that ten people are waiting outside to take your place in this gastronomic assembly line. It's excellent, but it's best not to be claustrophobic or inclined to chat, unless you want to be escorted unceremoniously out the door.

Simply delicious! We started by sharing chicken gyozas, which were incredibly flavorful, as well as the chicken karaage, which was simply magnificent! Perfectly crispy on the outside and incredibly tender on the inside. Then we tried the famous ramen. The noodles were excellent, perfectly firm, and you could really tell they were homemade. The broths were amazing, rich, and bursting with flavor! We also loved the plum wine, very refreshing and slightly sweet, which was kindly offered to us—a wonderful discovery! And finally, the mochi… Special mention goes to the chocolate and peanut one, which was truly delicious! We'll definitely be back to try the curry, that's for sure! A special mention to the owners, with whom we had the pleasure of chatting: lovely, warm, and truly welcoming. It made the experience even more enjoyable. A place we wholeheartedly recommend!
