We were in the Marais and when in the Marais having falafel is always a must. You can go down the street from Chez Hanna and wait on a long line, or you can walk directly up to the counter at Chez Hanna and order your falafel and enjoy it immediately! And when ordering, of course order frites, because you will then find they indeed are the best frites in Paris! One note of caution - they are not big on personalization, so accept the falafel with all they pack into it, a la the Soup Nazi! We loved ours, especially the two pieces of eggplant they add on top as a bonus!
