24/11/2025: We encountered a small issue (something that had never happened before at Lazzaro)! We wanted to mention it without expecting a response, just letting them know, and without asking for anything, they responded, and it was really great! We were even more surprised! It just goes to show that for some businesses, their customers are still important! Great action and response, well done and thank you!
