As a regular at this refuge, I've never been disappointed. The food is excellent in both summer and winter, with a special mention for the soups, which are perfect when you're cross-country skiing.

A lovely mountain refuge located on hiking trails or cross-country ski tracks. Excellent service, delicious pastries, very good mulled wine, and perfect hot chocolate. A wonderful atmosphere in both summer and winter. Thank you.

12/03/2026: This is our second visit with friends, even though six years have passed since our last trip. We are always delighted by the view, the generous portions, and the warm welcome of the owner. If you're looking for a good restaurant with local specialties, whether before or after snowshoeing, skiing, or any other activity, don't hesitate to book a table here.
08/03/2026: An evening shared with our group of friends (11 people) in a magical setting, a warm welcome, a cozy outdoor aperitif, a delicious meal followed by herbal tea and excellent génépi liqueur. We returned via the snow-covered trail, illuminated by torches provided by Le Banc de l'Ours. A huge thank you for allowing us to spend such a wonderful evening with our friends. We highly recommend it. See you soon.
