Highly recommended. Rooms are good and the dinner and breakfast with half board is very good. Price/performance was also top.

We went there for dinner and it was really delicious! There is a selection of regional dishes there. The menus with starter, main course and dessert are affordable. Vegetarian alternatives are also offered. The portions are really big!

It was with great pleasure that we discovered your refuge this weekend and we loved it. A very warm welcome, generous catering with local products and a nice fireplace, what more could you ask for? Our dog was welcomed with open arms. A small hiking trail in the snow near the very pleasant refuge. Thank you for everything we will come back with pleasure don’t change anything 🥰

Warm welcome as the refuge lives up to its name.... An excellent meal, everything was a delight from starter to dessert!!! Do not hesitate to use this address. We'll come back for sure!

Breakfast after seeing the chamois. Starts serving at 8 a.m. buffet style. Raisin bread and mountain tomme cheese recommended. Terrace with superb view

The restoration of the Refuge du Sotré is truly remarkable. From the delicious soup to the tasty vegetarian tartiflette, to the divine tiramisu, each dish was perfectly prepared, offering an exceptional dining experience. It is a place that combines both the pleasure of the taste buds and the charm of the mountains, and it is an essential destination for lovers of good cuisine.

Night, dinner and breakfast at the top. Value for money. Clean dormitory room with shower and toilet. We can only advise. Superb view if the weather is good. You must book well in advance if you want a specific date.

Chalet Hotel le Collet

01/04/2024: We had a really lovely time. The hotel is magnificent, decorated with great taste in a charming, mountain style and very warm. The cuisine is divine, small dishes carefully concocted with delicacy. The breakfast is varied and the products offered in the buffet are really of very good quality. The staff is very friendly and pleasant whether in the restaurant, at the reception or at the spa. The spa is really the strong point of this magnificent place (personal opinion) it was a real moment of relaxation and pleasure. I thank all the staff for everything. We will come back as soon as possible.
30/03/2024: Magnificent find halfway between La Bresse and Gérardmer. Everything was absolutely fabulous: the friendliness of the staff, the rooms, the spa, the breakfast and the hotel in general!! And all this in a very calm setting (the hotel has barely 33 rooms). Absolutely no negative points to note for this establishment which is a real gem. We will come back, for sure 👍
