Régal Pizza sur Saint-Avertin

Since reopening, the quality of the dough has clearly declined (the dough seems frozen, with lighter layers when sliced), the toppings are certainly generous, but the price doesn't match the quality. So disappointed... I almost forgot: the already long wait was extended by a good 10 minutes when we arrived (not to mention a live call from a customer whose pizza delivery was missing). Learn how to make the dough properly: that's the bare minimum.

We tried this pizzeria by chance. It was taken over after the previous owner retired. The two men who served me were very kind and helpful. The pizzas looked fantastic, were generously topped, and the crust was just right—not too thick, not too thin, and not overcooked! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and are so glad we live near this pizzeria! They've gained two new customers! 😄

Sorry, 6 years later (5 stars), I can only give it 3 stars; the quality is no longer there! The change of ownership is to blame. It's as good as pizzas from a vending machine, and the price is €25 for a large specialty pizza.

Excellent telephone service. The delivery driver arrived on time and was very friendly. The pizzas were hot and delicious. I enjoy them every time.
