While I no longer set foot in the downtown location, this restaurant has never let me down. We went today around 11:40 am, everything was piping hot, and we were served quickly. The only downside I found was that the person taking our order at the drive-thru was also taking orders at the same time, which could be inconvenient for customers who need information. Aside from that, the Ultrabox menu is fantastic and very generous.
