After a bad experience at the restaurant across the street yesterday, I decided to try KFC. Let me tell you, the contrast was striking. A warm welcome from the moment I walked in, my order taken quickly and without any mistakes, and the preparation time was surprisingly reasonable for the busy period. All this in a clean restaurant, with clear tables and a spotless floor that was clearly maintained regularly, even during peak hours. The team was obviously cohesive and professional; it was immediately apparent in the overall atmosphere. No tension, no raised voices, just people doing their jobs with seriousness and good humor. This is exactly what you expect from a major fast-food chain: efficiency, cleanliness, and staff that make you want to come back. Mission accomplished. I'll definitely be back.

Super fast service, I come here very often. The only time I was disappointed was when I had to wait an hour for my order. Aside from that, it's very good, the fries are crispy. Try the 2hot4u sauce, it's amazing! Still serious: The only negative point is the fries, they're really not good, but hey, it's the same at all KFCs, so I'm not going to hold it against them. Very, very clean, smiling staff.

While I no longer set foot in the downtown location, this restaurant has never let me down. We went today around 11:40 am, everything was piping hot, and we were served quickly. The only downside I found was that the person taking our order at the drive-thru was also taking orders at the same time, which could be inconvenient for customers who need information. Aside from that, the Ultrabox menu is fantastic and very generous. Thank you!
