We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Continental. A charming and beautifully decorated hotel, with very professional, smiling, welcoming, and friendly reception staff, a lovely room, and a fabulous breakfast served by delightful staff! Perfectly located for exploring the beautiful city of Reims. A great place to remember! Thank you to the entire team.

We were surprised to see some large bags in front of the elevator. They were there from the time we arrived until we left, which didn't look very nice. However, the staff were very friendly and kind. They even offered a water bowl for our dog (although they forgot to bring it). The room was quite small, but the price wasn't too bad. The location is good, with many restaurants nearby. We’ve been to their restaurant a few times and we like the atmosphere. It was quiet during our stay, and you can get a discount on parking. Overall, it's a nice hotel with small rooms.

The hotel entrance is welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm. The floors are easily accessible: elevator and other amenities. The staff is very helpful. Drawbacks: The towel warmer is not working. There's a lack of towel racks in the bathroom. The capsule coffee machine isn't very user-friendly. I wasted two capsules before figuring it out. Major drawback: The television cuts out due to too many devices being connected simultaneously. This was indicated in English on the TV. Regarding the breakfast: A generous and varied breakfast is served in the restaurant area, with its beautiful bay windows overlooking the esplanade. The atmosphere is calm, with good music (my partner likes music; I don't as much when I wake up).

25/06/2026: After a bad experience at the restaurant across the street yesterday, I decided to try KFC. Let me tell you, the contrast was striking. A warm welcome from the moment I walked in, my order taken quickly and without any mistakes, and the preparation time was surprisingly reasonable for the busy period. All this in a clean restaurant, with clear tables and a spotless floor that was clearly maintained regularly, even during peak hours. The team was obviously cohesive and professional; it was immediately apparent in the overall atmosphere. No tension, no raised voices, just people doing their jobs with seriousness and good humor. This is exactly what you expect from a major fast-food chain: efficiency, cleanliness, and staff that make you want to come back. Mission accomplished. I'll definitely be back.
