We had one of the best meals of our lives at the Relais de la Blanche Hermine, and for a lot less than restaurants of lesser quality. The scallops were incredible, as was the passion fruit mousse.
The owners are obviously passionate about the food they serve and are only too happy to talk about their ingredients and cooking technics, if asked about it.
We had a wonderful evening as the food was amazing and the hosts delightful.
