We had a wonderful time here all the way from calling to reserve a table through to the end of the meal. The waiting staff were incredibly friendly and sweet, and really set the tone for the whole evening. There was a fun but classic selection of aperitifs, so we started the meal with a nice drink. We were then brought out some surprise snacks to nibble on before the starters. I am vegetarian, and I know this can be difficult in rural France so I don’t usually expect to be catered for, but this place went above and beyond. I was eating with one pescatarian and a meat eater. My two friends were ordering from one of the set menus, and the chef offered to make me something similar to what they were having but vegetarian, and asked if I had any other preferences. He created me individual courses which mirrored the food of my friends. Everything was delicious. They also brought us some surprise chocolates at the end which was lovely. I highly recommend.

Very good rustic and country restaurant but with refined dishes and quality products. Impeccable service, although a little long (but we had been warned so no worries). Starter a little too hearty for my taste, but otherwise perfect! Welcoming and smiling staff. Superb fireplace in the restaurant where the chef prepares meat cooked over a wood fire. Place that we recommend.

Discovered by chance, located in a pretty forest setting, far from the summer hustle, traditional restaurant with varied menus with very good value for money, starter dishes cheese dessert everything was excellent, all accompanied by petit fours as an aperitif, set up mouth, and delicacies. Good restaurants are rare, that’s nice.

This place is honestly better than any michelin-starred restaurant i've been to. The food is delicious and creative, but without doing cringey tryhard things like serving foam-based food. i was there with a vegetarian, and although they didn't have many veggie options the chef improvised and created a full three-course vegetarian meal for her. The staff were also so friendly and welcoming, and the prices were beyond reasonable--the cheapest option was under €25 euro for three courses!

Delicious cuisine, truly homemade and gourmet at the same time. The best address since the start of our vacation! A very reasonably priced menu and perfect quantities.
