Relais de la Lavande sur Montagnac-Montpezat

My wife and I have eaten here three times in the last couple weeks. The food has been excellent and the service has been good. On the last visit I had the cabillaud (cod) and it was so delicious I wanted to applaud. The host and cook are friendly. They help us with our limited French and speak some English to us. I have seen some negative reviews of the place and I cannot agree with them.

The owner was incredibly nice. He doesn't speak German or English, and we don't speak French, but everything was perfect. Good wine, good beer, and excellent food! An all-around lovely evening. Thank you ☺️

A must-visit address in the heart of the village, with a very friendly welcome, excellent burgers, and very competitive prices. We highly recommend it.
