Michelin-starred restaurant, refined dishes, impeccable service, very pleasant setting in a former coaching inn. Downside very few parking spaces belonging to the establishment and blue zone in the street limited in time.

An unforgettable moment in this high-end restaurant. The service is excellent and very warm. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate which allows you to perfect the moment! In this place, the culinary art is elevated to its peak, the chef is inspired by emblematic recipes of French gastronomy while keeping the identity of Alsatian cuisine. I particularly loved the langoustines with broth and the morel ravioli. A delight for the taste buds. Nevertheless, my big favorite remains the royal hare, both of an unprecedented sweetness and character. I really had the pleasure of discovering flavors and aromas that still stay with me. Each dish demonstrates the full technical range of the chef who masters his subject with his fingertips. Hats off and thank you.

It remains a well-known and renowned restaurant, but for my part I did not find the right fit, the quality ratio was not there. We were a group of about 15 people and we weren't really satisfied with the kitchen and the dishes. Modification following your comment today, we ate in August and not recently.

Birthday evening, everything was perfect from start to finish. small downside on a corked white Bandol, which was exchanged without discussion, no one is in the bottle. I highly recommend if it is still necessary. We will come back without any hesitation Norbert

A birthday celebrated with the family last Friday. If all the savory dishes were faultless, a big downside for the desserts which unanimously did not delight our taste buds..A fig dessert which did not have name than the title...We would have liked a real variation around the fruit.. The chocolate one sorely lacked the originality of the déjà vu...Not up to the standard of a Michelin star.Note to the pastry chef, copy to be reviewed...

Restaurant connu faisant partie de l’histoire culinaire de la Wantzenau, j’aimerais dire que n’ayant pas mangé dans l établissement avant mais layant fait hier soir le Relais de la poste a non seulement changé de gamme mais de galaxie . Le chef a trouvé le compromis entre tradition, histoire et modernité, création et respect des produits traditionnels. Je laisse cet avis élogieux bien mérité comme l’étoile acquise fraîchement. Repas pour mes 5 ans de mariage gravé …. Merci
