A truly exceptional experience at Le Relais de la Poste. The service was absolutely impeccable. We were served by passionate, dedicated professionals who were deeply committed to their work. The explanations were precise, lively, and enriching—each interaction added another dimension to the experience. You could feel a real team spirit and a genuine desire to share. The food was simply exquisite! We were truly impressed by the bold flavors, especially the absolutely incredible flaky pretzel served with exceptional local foie gras—a combination as surprising as it was masterfully executed. As for the main courses, I was expecting the classic, pronounced taste of game. What a surprise! The venison was exceptional, remarkably delicate. All the sauces were perfectly executed—so much so that I couldn't resist mopping up every last drop with my bread. Special mention to the entire team: it's a rare honor and pleasure to be served by the chef himself, as well as by such a passionate and dedicated team. The welcome was on par with everything else: attentive, elegant, with the refined touch of handing our jackets back over our shoulders as we left. We were there for dinner on Saturday. The service and food were simply fantastic.

We're in Wantzenau, not far from Strasbourg, at this charming hotel with a Michelin-starred restaurant. I've only stayed at the hotel, in this chalet where wood dominates. The rooms are large, clean, and well-equipped. There's no late-night service, but the breakfast is good, especially for the products, although there's not a great variety.

For us, it was our first time, and we'd finally made a reservation. It was always fully booked, which speaks volumes... Everything was exceptional. From the welcome, the choice of table, the staff's smiles, and everyone's professionalism. A huge thank you! We had a truly memorable experience. Thank you to the chefs; the entire meal was sophisticated and unique. Everything was perfect. For me, it deserved a Michelin star. Thank you to the charming and friendly head waiter, who had a great sense of humor. We'll definitely be back! Happy holidays to your entire team!

This is our second visit to this magnificent restaurant. The atmosphere is hushed and refined, with incredibly friendly and smiling staff. We enjoyed a secret menu created by the chef, a series of delightful surprises with exquisitely delicious and sophisticated dishes. Everything was presented on beautiful tableware, revealing a work of art with each course. The meal concluded with a pastry (more like a masterpiece) that burst with flavor!
