Relais de Neouvielle sur Aragnouet

On our way to Spain for our holiday, we stopped for a meal and I can simply say we had a wonderful time. Special mention for the vegetarian burger. Very warm welcome. Thank you very much.

This is a place that clearly deserves to be much better known. We arrived at the very end of service, around 2:30 pm, and were nonetheless greeted with great kindness and were able to have lunch there, which was already a very nice touch. The cuisine is refined, generous, and full of flavor, showcasing perfectly prepared fresh, local ingredients. The recipes are original and expertly executed, with a special mention for the delicious burger buns. A place somewhat hidden away, but well worth the detour. A truly wonderful discovery, where you can feel the passion for food and local produce. We will definitely be back.

A great local bar with a welcoming atmosphere. The wood-fired oven adds warmth and comfort. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly. The establishment is very well located, just before the entrance to the national park, where there are many hiking trails with spectacular views and a unique mountain lake where you can swim during the hot summer.

Excellent food, you can tell it's made with taste and love! Very friendly staff. I highly recommend it! Beautiful mountain view, perfect for stopping on the way to skiing or Spain, whether for a drink or a meal. There's also a small grocery store with homemade treats and essentials, ideal for picking up supplies before a hike if you've forgotten something. (The cat can attest to the goodness of the food here!)

Beautifully situated at the foot of the long winding road up to Neouvielle, by the road but relatively quiet. Fresh trout caught in the river here, which is cooked to a lovely texture, and presented superbly. Dessert is exceptional, and the garbure was stunning. A welcome filling meal after a long day’s hiking, at very reasonable prices. Limited parking, but you can find spaces elsewhere in the village, (especially if in campervan) it isn’t a long walk. Service was kind and helpful, attentive and ready to explain the menu in detail, no sensation of rushing. And sitting outside enjoying the sunset made the visit very memorable. Plenty of seating inside too, lots of space.

A very nice surprise during our stay in Néouvielle. Very good restaurant. Excellent products, especially the burger meat. And original dishes, it's a pleasure. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you very much.

We traveled as a family of 12, including 3 children, and had a wonderful time thanks to the dishes expertly prepared using local produce. The menu offers an interesting variety, ensuring you're sure to find something you like! Friendly and attentive service.
