What can I say about La Vitarelle, the restaurant of my childhood… We used to come there as a family, and each time it was a moment of sharing, joy, and love. All thanks to Laurent, his wife in the kitchen, and Raymonde. A kindness and generosity rarely encountered these days.
So, when I was passing through Aveyron with my partner, it was only natural that I stop there. And it was a truly wonderful moment, filled with emotion. The food, as delicious as ever, and the welcome, as wonderful as ever.
This return has filled me with joy and brought back so many memories. Thank you so much.

While on holiday in the area, this restaurant was recommended to us by locals.
We had a wonderful meal! The food is excellent. The ingredients are fresh, and the dishes are typical of the region, such as aligot. For the quality of the food, we found the price very reasonable: a €33 set menu including a starter, main course, cheese platter, and dessert. I highly recommend it, but be sure to book ahead because, although the dining room is large, the restaurant fills up easily.
A nice bonus for families: there's a safe outdoor play area for children at the back of the restaurant, and a baby changing table is available in the restrooms.

We were on holiday in the region for the second year in a row.
While searching for a restaurant online for our son's birthday, we came across the Relais's listing, which immediately caught our eye.
So we booked a table with our children and had a wonderful meal.
The food was excellent and the staff were pleasant and attentive.
Thank you for a fantastic experience.

We were passing through and ate at this restaurant. The staff is very pleasant and friendly, the food is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. If you're looking for local cuisine, the aligot is to die for, and the foie gras is equally delicious. We highly recommend this place. Just remember to book in advance.

Excellent restaurant with superb local dishes! My children also enjoyed it; the welcome was very warm! I highly recommend it if you want to discover regional specialties on the Aubrac road!
