We had menu du jour on a Monday. What a great experience! The team were friendly and attentive. The food was innovative and top quality. The setting is very pretty also. Please do visit - you will be surprised how good this place is!!

I had a wonderful time at L’Instant Mont Le Viaur with my colleague. The setting is superb, calm, and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome, with great kindness and professionalism. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. You can tell that everything is designed to make guests feel at home. The restaurant was also a delightful discovery: excellent, generous dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients. Everything was truly delicious from start to finish. The breakfast was also plentiful and very enjoyable. I recommend this establishment without hesitation and will gladly return.

We came for a father-daughter dinner and had a wonderful time. The setting is perfect, the atmosphere very friendly and calm, and the menu very interesting with Belgian and Senegalese dishes. We ate very well! I highly recommend this lovely place!

We've had the opportunity to stay here several times, and for good reason! If anyone has something to criticize, we certainly don't! From the welcome to the cleanliness of the place and the food, we were more than well received! The breakfast was hearty and delicious, with savory and sweet options, seasonal fruit... in short, everything you need to start the day off right! The tasting menu is delicious; the chef is respectful of local and seasonal produce! The service is very attentive, even going so far as to offer a birthday card for my daughter-in-law's baby's first month! Truly, a top-notch couple/team! The terrace at the back, overlooking nature, is more than pleasant and provides outdoor smoking access. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, with understated yet simple and effective decor. An ideal location, situated between Najac and Cordes-sur-Ciel, and less than an hour's drive from Villefranche-de-Rouergue and Villeneuve-d'Aveyron. In short, as you've probably gathered, we highly recommend this place for discovering this magnificent building, run by a very welcoming couple, as well as some of the beautiful villages of the Aveyron region!

We came for my husband's 50th birthday, and the meal was perfect (beautifully presented dishes, high-quality ingredients...) and the owners were very welcoming and friendly. Thank you for the candle and the little song 😉 I highly recommend this restaurant!

I rarely leave reviews for establishments, but I couldn't pass this up. This hotel and restaurant offers excellent value for money. The room had a lovely terrace for smokers and sun loungers to enjoy the sun and nature! The meals were excellent, featuring high-quality, regional, and seasonal products! They were so attentive that they even gave a birthday card to my daughter's doll (a plastic baby) when she turned one month old! They are truly fantastic! The breakfast is delicious and plentiful! The owners are wonderful, and I highly recommend them! Furthermore, this establishment is located near Najac, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Villefranche-de-Rouergue, and Villeneuve-d'Aveyron, all magnificent places to visit. Thank you again for your warm welcome!

Pleasant, quiet hotel, clean room and excellent bedding

Beautiful hotel, magnificent terrace, large parking area. A great location for exploring the surrounding area, which is rich in heritage. The welcome was warm, the owners a charming couple. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but we'll have to come back as the menu looks tempting. The room was comfortable, the bedding was high quality, and the breakfasts were good and plentiful.
