A chatelain Relais! Out of nearly 300 reviews, we have rarely written this but for the 4th time, it is justified. Indeed, without wanting to discredit Internet users who have judged this establishment very harshly by giving 1/5, it is our "duty" to say that nothing justifies such an infamous rating... So, let's be as specific as possible: - The place is superb as the view of the Château de Val is quite exceptional. - The staff is impeccable and keen to satisfy customers, with a smile and professionalism. - Let's now come to the quality of the cuisine: Many Internet users have highlighted the quantity of food, according to them, as insufficient. This is not the case, in any case, on the evening of our visit. And after discussions with other customers, it turned out that everyone was very satisfied with the quantities served. The products served are fresh, quality, and undoubtedly well prepared. CONCLUSION : We can, with complete objectivity, say that the overall rating does not reflect, to date, the quality and seriousness of this establishment which deserves to stop there, both for what it offers and for its wonderful location.

En effet, sans vouloir déconsidérer les internautes qui ont jugé très sévèrement cet établissement en mettant 1/5, il est de notre "devoir" de dire que rien ne justifie pareille note infamante... Alors, soyons aussi précis que possible : - Le lieu est superbe tant la vue sur le château de Val est assez exceptionnelle. - Le personnel est irréprochable et soucieux de satisfaire les clients, avec sourire et professionnalisme. - Venons en maintenant à la qualité de la cuisine : Nombre internautes ont souligné la quantité de nourriture d'après eux insuffisante. Il n'en est rien, en tout cas, le soir de notre passage. Et après discussions avec d'autres clients, il s'est avéré que tous étaient très satisfaits des quantités servies. Les produits servies sont frais, de qualité, et sans conteste, bien préparés. CONCLUSION : On peut, en toute objectivité, dire que la note globale ne reflète pas, à ce jour, la qualité et le sérieux de cet établissement qui mérite de s'y arrêter, tant pour ce qu'il propose, que pour son merveilleux emplacement.
