A perfect blend of textures and flavors, a surprising and well-executed surf and turf combination, beautifully presented. It was delicious. It's just a shame there was no touch of chocolate, neither in the desserts nor in the sweet appetizers. A little background music would have been nice to create a more relaxed atmosphere. We found it a shame that they waited until several customers arrived to play music, as the beginning of the service was a bit cold and quiet.

We came to La Flibuste for the Easter menu, and overall we had a very good time. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and seamless, without being overbearing. The setting overlooking the sea is superb, and the atmosphere immediately makes you want to relax. As for the food, it was impeccable. The asparagus starter was truly excellent, very fresh, and perfectly prepared. And the entire menu followed this same principle: seasonal dishes, precise, well-balanced, and without being overwhelming. We enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. Frankly, for a Michelin-starred restaurant, the value for money is quite rare these days. The only slight drawback, unrelated to the restaurant, was a rather difficult neighboring table, with a child, but especially adults who were constantly complaining, talking loudly, and creating a somewhat tense atmosphere. It slightly disrupted the beginning of our meal. But what's important to mention is that the team was impeccable. They remained calm, tried to defuse the situation with great professionalism, and never let it escalate or significantly impact our experience. Ultimately, we'll remember the positive aspects: excellent cuisine, a top-notch team, and a truly enjoyable experience. Thank you for the warm welcome.

A wonderful discovery for us. The balance of flavors was perfect, the surf and turf dish was exquisite, and the citrus dessert was exquisite, but the other dishes were equally delicious. The wine pairing was excellent. In short... we will gladly return. Thank you for a lovely evening.

The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch; in short, it could have been a very pleasant experience (just like the previous time we visited and were greeted by the owner's son) if it hadn't been for the extremely unpleasant welcome we received from the owner himself this time (due to some obscure reason regarding an extension of the gift voucher's expiry date, which had been formally approved by the restaurant's reception staff, but was strangely challenged by the owner himself when we arrived on the day). It's a shame, because it completely ruined our meal. We certainly won't be returning, and (somewhat reluctantly) we definitely won't be recommending this place.

Thank you to the entire team at La Flibuste, we had a delightful time for Valentine's Day. The meal was superb, with a great deal of thought put into the flavors. The service was top-notch, accompanied by a very friendly singer-guitarist. Thank you again.
