Every year we celebrate our birthdays, which are close together, here, so we've been going to this restaurant for several years. In our opinion, the renovation is successful and modern. Unfortunately, the tarte flambée was consistently burnt this time and not suitable for the children. The tarte flambées themselves are also significantly smaller, at least a third of their original size. I can also confirm, as some others have mentioned, that the service is often slow or rushes past without acknowledging you. You get the feeling that Germans aren't served with the same courtesy as the locals. It wasn't very busy that day, and since we're used to it being busier, we felt the service wasn't very motivated. We'd certainly order more if it had been busy. The children loved the convertible high chairs and played happily in them. They weren't in anyone's way, and the waiter just kept saying, "You sit upstairs, not downstairs." 🙄 I don't know if we'll come back here next time.

For us, this is one of the best places for tarte flambée. It's especially recommended to make a reservation on weekends or arrive shortly after opening, otherwise you risk a long wait for a table. The children particularly enjoyed the sweet tarte flambée. We visited again after the renovation; everything is very modern. The tarte flambée is still delicious.

We were on holiday at Camping du Staedly with our family (1 adult and 5 children). Initially, we planned to eat at the restaurant by the lake, but the Google reviews didn't appeal. So we walked 1.5 km to La Couronne... and we absolutely don't regret our choice! A huge thank you for your warm welcome and the quality of your food. The meal was excellent from start to finish. The tarte flambée as a starter was delicious, and the meat was simply exceptional. A big thank you to the chef for the perfect cooking. We will gladly recommend your restaurant to everyone we know. Thank you again for this wonderful experience, and we look forward to returning!

Typical Alsatian food is only available here! Everything is so delicious 😋. A lot of things in the dining room were recently freshened up, so the atmosphere is wonderful, fresh, and authentic. I'll definitely be back.

Very quick service and great food too. The staff are friendly and accommodating too :)
