The food was delicious. The service was excellent. We will definitely come back here more often.

Excellent tarte flambée (we only ate tarte flambée – we can't comment on the rest). Very friendly staff, lovely restaurant. Highly recommended! Reservations are a must, otherwise you won't get a table – there are long queues outside waiting for a free spot.

It's a shame the old charm is gone after the renovation, but the tarte flambée is still just as excellent as it used to be. Even when it's busy, the service is pleasant and friendly, and they speak German. This restaurant is worth visiting if you want to eat delicious tarte flambée; we haven't tried any of the other dishes here yet. We come all the way from Karlsruhe just for it.

Absolutely delicious, not just the tarte flambée, but also the steaks and the other dishes. I find it a bit of a shame that the place isn't as rustic as it used to be. It always had a special touch, with the tent in the courtyard, the standing tables, and the beer benches with the paper on them where everything you ate and drank was written down. Now it's more like a Michelin-starred restaurant. Nevertheless... I'd go again in a heartbeat! 👍

While the initial welcome was frosty, delivered by an unfriendly woman, our experience was thankfully brightened by our waitress. The dishes, as well as the tarts, are as delicious as ever. The Alsatian menu is generous and varied. A slightly more extensive wine list would be appreciated, however. Despite this somewhat lukewarm start, we will gladly return.

The tarte flambée was really delicious, no complaints there. Unfortunately, the service was all the worse for it. The staff was quite unfriendly. We had to find a high chair ourselves, and when we asked about children's meals, they simply slapped the menu down on the table and said, "It's all on here." Otherwise, no one came to our table to ask about drinks – you had to actively seek someone out to order anything. It's a real shame because the food was actually very good.
