The restaurant A La Truite is located directly on the Ill and on the other side of the Ill is the Auberge du Ill. We had pre-ordered the sauerkraut platter, it was very good and filling, we were very happy with everything and can recommend it

L'Auberge de l'Ill

14/12/2024: Hier passt alles zusammen, der gute Service, die Qualität der Speisen und die passende Weinreise zu den geschmacklich feinen Gängen. Aufgrund der Tatsache dass die Küche, in der heutigen Zeit, ein wenig kreativer und moderner ausgerichtet sein könnte, gibt es von mir nur 4 von 5 Punkten. Aber einem weiteren Besuch, steht nichts im Wege.
23/09/2024: For my 30th birthday in June 1992 with my friends, we were warmly welcomed in person by JP Haeberlin. An extraordinary moment of refinement of French cuisine that will remain engraved forever!!! We arrived before 12 p.m. to leave at 7 p.m. filled with happiness!!! Mr. Jean-Pierre Haeberlin was kind enough to offer me a glass of Château Yquem for my birthday! All Alsatian elegance!!! Just one piece of advice: You have to live this experience once in your life to be in paradise!!!
