The pasta was cooked perfectly.
The sauce and lobster were excellent.
It just needed one more ladleful of pasta to be perfect 😇😇

We chose this place after reading some reviews from Italians about their experience. We can confirm the quality of the service, the food, and the professional yet informal approach to customer service. The waiters and owners are friendly, the fried food is light and delicious, and the lobster pasta is al dente and flavorful without being overpowered by garlic or strange sauces (a highlight of the menu, definitely worth a try). I didn't have the chance to try the fresh fish, but it probably would have been just as good and up to par. The desserts are excellent, making for a memorable end to the meal. The prices are in line with Corsican prices in general.

Ottimo! We had the famous lobster spaghetti by Nonna Anna and the grilled lobster.
Finally some good quality fish that was well-cooked with simple ingredients, and not overflowed with too much garlic or weird sauces.
Ps. you should really try the goat cheese and lemon dessert.

A very good place; there were three of us for lunch. The lobster pasta dish was simply excellent. The service was perfect, with smiles and attentive staff. This restaurant has been recommended by the Routard and Lonely Planet guides for years. I highly recommend it as well.

Everything was perfect, even the strong wind tonight, relieving the scorching summer heat. The lobster spaghetti was exceptional! The oysters from Lake Diana were also delicious, and the Casteddu wine was a must.

Fantastic place! We had dinner as a family with our three children, ages 5, 11, and 14, enjoying a beautiful sunset 🤩
The servers were very friendly, and the food was delicious. We chose the grilled lobster and the lobster spaghetti, which was excellent 😋
They also had dishes suitable for children, like tuna or swordfish with fries, which they loved.
Even the homemade desserts are delicious; the pistachio tiramisu was a real treat!

A superb last dinner in Corsica. A Macciotta offers quality (the owner is a skilled fisherman) with meticulously prepared, ultra-fresh fish. The spaghetti with lobster is amazing, the grilled snapper accompanied by vegetables and salad was impeccably cooked. The Italian coffee (in Corsica they call it "ristretto") is flavorful and creamy, with a lingering flavor. The service is professional and friendly. The owners are delightful, making you feel right at home. The prices are fair considering the quality of the food. A wonderful end to a vacation on an island with so much to offer. We'll be back soon.
