Restaurant Albatros sur Audierne

Great place. Very friendly staff. Delicious food right on the harbor.

We arrived at 1:30 PM, two of us. We were very warmly welcomed (despite the late hour). The food was excellent. The service was very professional and friendly, with good advice. The dining room was small but quiet. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely return. I NEVER give 5 stars, but I held back and gave it 4.

The ladies who run the restaurant are exceptionally polite. The "winter garden" at the port of Audierne offers a view of the bay—you just have to look over all the parked cars. The food is good—you just have to be lucky with the steak. Sometimes it's a bit tough. But overall, the Albatrosa is definitely worth a visit!

We ate very well, quickly, and the waitresses were lovely and smiling!

The food was good, with "homemade" dishes, but that didn't excuse the interminable wait during this Ascension Day long weekend: an hour's wait between arrival and the starter, then another hour between the starter and the main course. They cited a lack of staff in the kitchen, but in that case, why offer a second seating after 9 pm when the 7:30 pm arrivals hadn't even had their dessert yet? The waitresses did their best and were very pleasant and friendly, but the kitchen couldn't keep up with the filling of the tables. We understand that the dishes should be prepared fresh, but there are limits. We were kindly offered a drink to compensate for the wait, but we still would have preferred to have dinner in under 2.5 hours. The €34 three-course meal was reasonable for quality ingredients.

Excellent, simple, homemade cuisine, with a very friendly welcome and service. Plus, a view of the port of Audierne from the covered terrace. It's lovely!

Consistently good food at this nice place on the main quay. Seafood especially, excellent sauces, good desserts, nice burgers w fries. Straightforward good food.
