We hadn't been to this Buffalo Grill in a long time after a bad experience. Today everything was great. Maeva is always smiling and very pleasant; we had a lovely time.

06/01/2026: Okay. But not wow... Quick service but a lukewarm welcome... I was returning on a pilgrimage to this establishment that I had loved when I still lived in Troyes... But unlike Proust's madeleines, the flavor of yesteryear wasn't there...
