I came back because the first time I was satisfied and had a good meal, and I came with other people, but this time I was very surprised. I found something strange in my dish, or rather in my mouth: a kind of long, flexible wire, like an abrasive sponge. I pointed it out to the waitress, who wanted me to give it to her to show the kitchen. Then a second waitress came to ask if she could have the wire. I told her I had already given it to the kitchen, and after that, I heard nothing more. No one came to apologize.
Imagine a child swallowing that… When the bill arrived, I mentioned it, saying I was disappointed not to receive any apology for what I had found. She replied, “But wasn’t that food?” (the joke!) and then, “Oh dear, my apologies.” I told her it wasn’t the time to apologize when I asked, that it should have been done.
Was she afraid I would ask for a discount? I wasn't asking for a discount, I don't care about that, I just wanted some attention from the customer and an apology.
On that note, I'll leave it to you to sort out a little more customer service with your waitstaff or kitchen staff and take them a little more seriously.
What a shame, I don't know if I'll come back, and neither will my friends.

Greeted with a smile and impeccable courtesy, Enzo made us feel right at home in this lovely restaurant.
The oysters were very good, although I would have preferred them served with toasted rye bread.
The croquettes were just okay, good but they could have used a little sauce.
The tuna rillettes were delicious, but be aware: they contained lemon even though it wasn't listed on the menu.
The Cheesy Burger was very good, with high-quality fish in both the burger and the pilaf rice.
A very pleasant evening with excellent food. I recommend this restaurant!
