This chalet hotel is very beautiful and warm! The cleanliness of the room is impeccable and the view from the balcony is magnificent! The all-inclusive formula is very popular, the breakfast is good and plentiful, and the homemade snack is a real plus. The staff, kind and helpful. The spa, a real relaxing break!

Several stays in different seasons and always at the top. All-inclusive packages with very good dishes and superb all-you-can-eat buffets. Friendly staff serving customers.
We stayed on a half-board basis at the end of March 2024. The hotel is in a good central location. 5 mins walk from the centre of La Clusaz. 15 min walk to Bossonnet Gondola where you can also catch the free bus to La Balme Gondola.
Food was excellent (breakfast and dinner) and drinks were included.
Nice pool area with a small (but quite deep) pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. The children loved the pool and we all used it every evening.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Room was quite basic but clean and equipped with a TV, bath/shower and seperate toilet.
Lift to the 7th floor was a bit inconvenient but we got used to it.
Good sized ski storage room accesible by key card.
Nice bar area with pool table and foosball which the children and adults enjoyed.
