Melt-in-your-mouth asparagus! Even more delicious with the three sauces. And to finish, a delectable rhubarb meringue tart! The ham is the only thing that could potentially be improved, as it lacked any particular flavor. Overall, a very enjoyable experience that we will repeat regularly.

A very pleasant and peaceful evening, enjoying a few tarte flambées that night, but on other occasions we've ordered various dishes from the menu, all well-prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. The menu and set menus are well-balanced, and the setting is very chic and inviting, in keeping with the purest Alsatian tradition.

We had a lovely time! The service was impeccable, and the seafood trio was great, although there weren't enough scallops and shrimp on the plate (only one scallop and one shrimp). However, the sea bream was delicious!
