Passing through for the holidays. Advised by the waitress, we changed the sauerkraut that accompanied the pike perch with turnip sauerkraut (suri ruewe). It was delicious: crunchy, just the right acidity to spice up the fish. And the chestnut torch is killer! Warm room, impeccable welcome. THANKS !
