Restaurant au Saumon sur Wasselonne

Great location. Decent food and good service. Brasserie style.

We had lunch at the restaurant. The food was good, no complaints there. But the service was very slow. We had to ask for the menu and for an aperitif. People who arrived after us were served before we could even order an aperitif. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to spend three hours at a restaurant on a Sunday lunchtime. Edit from July 31, 2026: The horse roast and escalope were excellent. We were there at 6:30 pm and the restaurant was still almost empty, so the service was good. We finished around 8:30 pm and the restaurant was full; that's when the service really takes a beating... and you have to wait...

A pleasant surprise for my husband and me. Dogs were kindly accepted. The vegetable plate was excellent for a vegetarian like me; beautifully presented with a variety of delicious vegetables. The kebab was perfectly cooked and served with a wine and shallot butter. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent restaurant! The portions are generous and the quality is superb. The welcome is warm and the staff is fantastic. We have absolutely no complaints about the meal; everything was perfect. I highly recommend it. We will gladly return!

This restaurant is well located in the center of Wasselonne. The food is good, but the service is incredibly slow—so slow, in fact, that the restaurant should be called "I'm Wasting Time"! Thirty minutes or more for the dishes, which don't even arrive at the same time, and for coffee, a good 20 minutes tops! It's a shame because you feel bad insisting on faster service! Allow plenty of time to eat here! And what's even worse is that, judging from the reviews, this is clearly a recurring problem, and they're doing nothing to improve it!
