Restaurant Au Soleil sur Soultz-Sous-Forets

A must-try in Soultz-sous-Forêts! 🤩 A warm welcome, top-notch service, and truly delicious, generous, and flavorful cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! 😍 A wonderful discovery that I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Just perfect! Really great french cuisine and just really great dishes! Even fresh peas and beans. Great service in a mix of german/english and french. But just perfect in any way! One Star less on the food because the fish was very overdone, the margret de canasrd etc. was really perfect. Its just the fish that was too dry. But we will come again.

Excellent food, lovely setting. Christian Remolu, since when does a cockerel have feathers?!

Carpaccio night, excellent but sometimes a little too salty (the chef must be in love 😉), impeccable service (a bit of a wait, but understandable), very good restaurant 👍

An excellent restaurant! The ingredients are high-quality and seasonal, the dishes are refined, well-balanced, and full of flavor. The setting is pleasant and cozy, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. It's a real pleasure to come back for dinner here. We highly recommend it!

I love eating at this restaurant where everything is excellent, from the food and ambiance to the service. The dishes are a feast for the eyes and the palate. If you're looking for refined cuisine featuring local products, this is the perfect place.
