Just perfect! Really great french cuisine and just really great dishes! Even fresh peas and beans. Great service in a mix of german/english and french. But just perfect in any way! One Star less on the food because the fish was very overdone, the margret de canasrd etc. was really perfect. Its just the fish that was too dry. But we will come again.

Excellent food, lovely setting. Christian Remolu, since when does a cockerel have feathers?!

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant. The welcome was incredibly warm, and you immediately feel at ease. The setting is truly pleasant and beautifully decorated. The service was impeccable from beginning to end, and of course, my taste buds were delighted. You can tell right away that the chef cooks with fresh ingredients, with love and, above all, with great skill. I very rarely leave reviews, but during my stay in Alsace, this restaurant was my absolute favorite, and I can't wait to return to Alsace to dine there again.
