This restaurant was great. It was family owned and felt really authentic. The food was delicious. I had some Alsatian classics (Baeckhoffe, Kougelhof, Munster) which were all delivered to perfection. I can also recommend the Tarte a l’Onion (onion quiche) which was delicious. The service was pleasant and the decoration heartwarming and authentic. My highlight from Alsace!

Such a wonderful, friendly & truly authentic Alsace restaurant with home cooking. We had amazing service and wine pairing with our food. The waiter had everyone in the restaurant talking and smiling to each other, its was so warm and great personal service. So enjoyed our lunch there and we will keep coming back every time we are in Eguisheim. So very worth it. Merci!!

Auberge Alsacienne

10/06/2026: My wife and I stayed two nights at the Hotel Auberge Alsacienne. Our room was comfortable and it’s a great place to stay to explore Equisheim and the beautiful surrounding countryside and vineyards. It’s a short drive to the busier Colmar. There is on-site parking. We purchased the in-hotel breakfasts and were not disappointed. A nice array of foods to sample and choose from. The service from the staff was also very good.
28/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Auberge d'Eguisheim; the food was delicious and well-prepared. The welcome was also warm and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place.

20/05/2026: I had a salad and something like a thin-crust pizza. It wasn't surprising, but it was pretty good. Considering the high cost of living in Paris these days, it even felt like a bargain. I wanted to eat outside, but smoking was allowed, so I gave up on that idea.
09/05/2026: EXCELLENT! Lunch and dinner. Very good food. And excellent service.
