My partner and I have eaten in many restaurants, some of them very famous… This one is undoubtedly number 1, an unbeatable value for money for such succulence and creativity.

A very good place. However, as a big mustard lover, and if you're like me, I highly recommend bringing your own. I was very disappointed that they didn't have any. It's the first time I've ever encountered a place where they simply don't offer any mustard. Honestly, I've never seen anything like it! It's not that complicated or expensive to invest in this condiment...

Hello, We were hoping to eat at your restaurant this evening, as it looked very good based on most of the positive reviews. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed, and since I'm leaving tomorrow, I won't have the pleasure of trying your food. (You need to rest, after all!) Having worked in the restaurant industry for several years, I enjoy reading negative restaurant reviews, and I was particularly charmed by the owner's responses to some of the (unbelievable) negative comments. The responses are truly insightful and truthful, which reinforces my belief that your restaurant is worth a visit. For all those unfairly left comments, I'm giving you this wonderful 5 stars to even things out. Perhaps one day we'll have the pleasure of coming to enjoy your cuisine.

A restaurant that may go unnoticed given its location in Maintenon, but it's well worth a visit for all lovers of truly good, authentic French cuisine, with occasional touches of originality. Of course, everything is homemade; it shows and feels on the plate. Congratulations to this professional duo.
