Restaurant Aux Trois Faisans sur Saint-Savin

A delightful discovery. Dishes made with flavorful, delicious ingredients. The aromas and flavors allow you to fully appreciate each dish. The service was excellent, with a detailed explanation of every course. My only slight criticism was that the artwork on display didn't quite match the restaurant's overall quality. This is just my personal opinion.

Disappointed with the menu of the day

There were 10 of us at the table for my husband's 70th birthday. A week before, after looking at the menus on their website, my taste buds were already anticipating the delicious flavors of the ingredients in the dishes. The only downside was that the other 8 taste buds didn't share the same feeling. I contacted the chefs, who kindly agreed to adapt the menu, and I thank them again. We had a wonderful time at Les 3 Faisans; even our youngest, who is 2 years old, enjoyed the delicious seasonal vegetables. Thank you to the pastry chef for the special touch with the dessert we shared, complete with a small candle, and especially for allowing my grandson to share it with us while he was working in the kitchen. Thank you to all the staff for the warm and unpretentious atmosphere of the evening. We wholeheartedly recommend Les 3 Faisans restaurant. We wish you continued success and happy holidays.

When a restaurant advertises sweetbreads as a specialty and suggests hare à la royale as a daily special, I'm already reassured... A truly excellent meal, from appetizer to dessert. The service is attentive yet relaxed, making the experience even more elegant. Thank you to the entire team and thank you to the kitchen for delighting our taste buds 🙏

For my wife's birthday, we wanted to set the bar very high… Thanks to the sweetbreads, a specialty of the restaurant, we came to eat at Les Trois Faisans. It was an excellent surprise. We also enjoyed the royal hare, an absolutely sensational dish. The service was helpful and particularly friendly, with a smile to match. The chocolate dessert was just as good as the sweetbreads!

A truly wonderful experience; we thoroughly enjoyed everything from the amuse-bouche to the petit four. Modern and gourmet cuisine. A warm welcome. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it; it was perfect.
