Restaurant Bar Jaques sur Val-D'Isere

02/12/2024: Very friendly restaurant. Fast service. I was able to find a good Italian wine. There were 6 of us. All the dishes were appreciated. The team is attentive and helpful. The cordial boss. I will return with pleasure.

20/08/2024: Great restaurant with excellent service. This is a well set, cosy place that is excellent for individuals, small groups and large groups as well had dinner here on our last night before heading home with friends. The staff are superb and well trained, the wait staff let us speak French and were kind enough to speak English where we failed. The choices of food and drink are very good, there are lots of sauces to choose from, lots of options for pastas and gnocchi, and if you are vegetarian there are good options too! It’s not just pasta though there are meat options as well. The wine and beers are good and there are some lovely options. The price is pretty good considering how far up the mountain this is and I really enjoyed my meal, the service we received and the restaurant in general. The chefs came out to check the restaurant a few times which I personally like, as it lets you know they care how you are getting on. Would really recommend this place!
