We appreciated their original and sophisticated presentation as much as the quality of the ingredients. The staff is attentive and friendly. The conversation with the chef at the end of the meal was delightful. A truly lovely time in a pleasant setting, enjoying the beautiful weather on the terrace. We highly recommend it. 17/04/2026: BEWARE OF HOSTILE MANAGER. Had lunch at their restaurant and since our hotel booked for us and given it was our first time there obviously we would not know how sunny/which direction the sun would be hitting us from. Anyway we asked for seats to be facing away from the sun to which the lady who kept emphasizing she’s the manager (good for her but does she really need to keep saying it) said no because all the seats are absolutely fully booked for the whole lunch period (even if we said we will leave in an hour). She even misunderstand us and tried to seat us facing the sun. Anyway my husband just had surgery on his face and cannot be under the sun directly so we insisted and she moved us indoors, not before she rudely asked us if we wanted to leave repeatedly. The rest of the staff was nice and we noticed her talking pretty condescendingly to them. Maybe she’s the owner’s daughter or something? Crazy attitude. Anyway when we left an hour later and there were 6-7 empty tables outside. All fully booked huh? With this kinda attitude she shouldn’t work in hospitality if she acts like she hates her life.

27/04/2026: I came twice during my ski week. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about: it's excellent and authentic. I highly recommend it. However, regarding the service, the short-haired waitress was unpleasant both times I came to the restaurant. The first time, I simply asked for my meat to be cooked medium-rare, but it wasn't. Yet, she criticized me for the cooking, even though I only asked for it to be cooked longer. The second time, I asked a question when she brought the dishes, and she responded haughtily and dismissively, without clearly addressing my request. I find this unacceptable: once, perhaps, but twice is excessive, especially since I'm a customer and I don't want to be spoken to rudely when I come to eat.

27/04/2026: A very good place, warm and authentic. It was a real pleasure to share a braserade with friends... Special mention for the gratin.

28/03/2026: Go for a great German beer to start and then if it’s your thing some steak with cooked foie gras on top. Unbeatable. Olivia the owner is very pleasant too. Nice atmosphere.

19/02/2026: There are no WORDS the express the deliciousness of the pastries at this place. By far the best patisserie in the area. We had raspberry & pistachio tart and oh my god it was PERFECT. Staff is lovely, prices reasonable and very nice selection of teas. I had mariage frere’s rooibos tea and highly recommend it. Only downside was that we discovered it on the last day of the trip, truly wish we had gone there on the first day as I would love to visit it every day especially after ski!

15/04/2026: A very good fast-food restaurant that I highly recommend. The service is particularly quick, ideal for an efficient break without compromising on quality. The portions are generous at very affordable prices. Special mention goes to the crepes, which are delicious, hearty, and remarkably well-filled for only €4, which is very rare in Val d'Isère where prices are generally around €6 minimum. Excellent value for money.

23/04/2026: The place is beautiful, we queued for a table (nothing unusual there), the service was very good, but the food arrived cold, it wasn't cooked properly, and we couldn't get what we ordered. A shame...

21/04/2026: We ordered the salad of the day, a Caesar salad. However, the breaded chicken was dry, tough, and tasteless, the lettuce was starting to turn brown, and the cheese was practically nonexistent. The dressing was insufficient, so we asked for vinaigrette. This wasn't possible because only one small container per salad is provided. After complaining about the dry salad, we learned that the salad of the day had been prepared the day before. We do not recommend this establishment. INEDIBLE, INDUSTRIAL CAESAR SALAD - SHAMEFUL FOR THE PRICE!!!!

10/04/2026: Food was good. Made a reservation for 7:30, which was an option, but the kitchen closed at 7:45?! We were new to the area and this restaurant would have been a better breakfast place.

25/03/2026: Excellent place for lunch. It’s small and can fill up during peak hours, so a reservation is recommended. The food is delicious and the setting is charming. Their Italian beef tartare is amazing, and so are their savory crêpes.

16/01/2026: Pretty average pizza and slow service. Fine for a night but wouldn’t go back again - dough was t particularly good and toppings very average

21/12/2025: The pizzas are excellent; I ordered a Reine, which was prepared right in front of me. The crust was light and airy, and the ingredients were fresh. I highly recommend it.
