Une belle adresse qui mériterait d’être plus connue. Restaurant au cœur d’un contexte hôtelier mais ouverts à tous. Nous y avons passé une belle soirée avec des plats savoureux et très bien présentés.

Set out in extensive grounds, rooms in four seperate blocks. Two lovely swimming pools and staff all helpful. Strange that the registration office was in the last area you came too and there was only one small bar in the pool area. Not quite sure how they would handle it when it rained. No information in the rooms about the hotel; we were presented with an App and told to download it. However it just advertised the facilities and did not tell us how to operate the hitec rooms. Also no menu available in the dining room; this time had to scan the code. Not sure that us elderly folk liked the impersonable way this came across.

I chose this hotel mainly for the half-board option and it is this same option that leads me to give it a rating of 3/5. The goal was that we could eat in the evening at the hotel because I have a 3 year old little girl. 1st disappointment: 2 menus to choose from in the half-board formula so limited choice, in a pinch it could have been OK but... 2nd disappointment: the menu is the same every other evening so in reality we ate the same dishes twice in 4/5 days… And the week is not over... 3rd disappointment: the children's menu was supposed to offer a steak and fries menu, menu never served (arrived Sunday, it is Thursday evening) and we asked several times (every evening) if it was possible to have a steak for my girl. So far still nothing... let's wait tomorrow, maybe my comment will change things or not.. Concerning the setting and the hotel, it meets our expectations, but the associated service denotes the whole and it is regrettable

Booked with private travel we had the pleasant surprise of being upgraded A magnificent suite with a beautiful view of the park The bedding is just perfect a very beautiful bathroom nothing was missing The heated swimming pools, clean and quiet The breakfast is very generous, lots of fresh and local products.

Le chef Moedas nous a régalé autant visuellement que gustativement. Quant aux personnels que ce soit Grégoire ou ses collègues, ils étaient au petits soins pour nous. Notre séjour a été paradisiaque. Nous reviendrons sans aucuns doutes. Merciiii à toutes l'équipe du Bartaccia.
