Excellent restaurant, with impeccable service and a team that goes the extra mile. A particular highlight was the foie gras with Madagascar pepper—simply incredible! An exceptional combination of flavors. A truly wonderful experience; I highly recommend it!

The Salade du Provence was exquisite — absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. As a solo diner, I specifically asked to sit at a table on the periphery rather than in the middle of the garden space . I politely suggested three different tables, all of which were available, but the waitress refused every one of them. What was particularly frustrating was watching three other guests subsequently be seated at the very tables I had requested. To make matters worse, I was then served a noticeably underfilled glass of wine. The combination of inflexibility and inattentive service really took away from what otherwise could have been a lovely dining experience. The food deserves praise. The service does not.

Impeccable service, friendly and dynamic waitress

Not only is this restaurant incredibly charming, but the food is also excellent! It's the perfect place to eat after visiting Claude Monet's house. Stepping inside is like stepping back into the 19th century; you wouldn't be surprised to see some of the Impressionists enjoying a meal there. Mrs. Baudy's omelet is superb! The shaded terrace is a peaceful haven, which perfectly completes the picture!

The food is simple and good, perhaps a little pricey for what it is, but the setting is pleasant, right on the main pedestrian street. The waitress deserves to be friendlier! She was rude and unaccommodating; you get a reprimand if you go onto the terrace instead of waiting at the entrance, even though there's no sign indicating that it's inside. She even asked foreign tourists who had already sat down at a table to go back to the entrance! I'll let you imagine her response when other tourists asked to move to a sunnier table! If you don't like people, you shouldn't choose a job that involves working with the public! Because for this setting and these prices, it's really disappointing!

Thank you for the excellent lunch yesterday. The young woman who looked after our table was very pleasant, efficient, and offered great advice. The terrace is wonderful. The portions are generous. Don't forget to take a look in the courtyard! 🤩

I first came to this place a few years ago under the previous owners. And I must say, the food is still just as good. I want to thank Eugénie, our waitress, whom I've known for a long time and who I think is doing a great job running the place, as I no longer have any contact with any of the previous waiters. Luckily she's there... There was absolutely no welcome from the male staff, who, by the way, never returned the message I left on the answering machine! The atmosphere is completely gone, unfortunately. I remember some wonderful years when it was packed, but that's life. Thanks again to Eugénie; otherwise, I just don't care about the ambiance. In this kind of establishment, you also come for the interaction and friendliness of the staff.

Simple and hearty food, very friendly welcome. The terrace is enchanting!
