Lovely place, attentive and remarkably kind team, very pleasantly and comfortably renovated rooms. You absolutely must dine at least once at the restaurant whose cuisine is exceptional.

We ate Thursday at the end of June at a menu for 54 E, quite expensive for the service. At 12:45 p.m. there were no more snails, replaced by well-prepared but disappointing eggplants. Then laperot small vegetables also tasty but very frugal dessert 5 strawberries including halves prepared with basil in a pan too few strawberries. It's a bit pathetic for a self-respecting table! On the other hand, there is a surpresence of staff who keep annoying themselves by asking if everything is okay! You have to stop even at Bocus they don't ask you as much. I think restaurateurs have lost sight of just their fundamentals! .the plate and its contents are essential. We would have hoped for a commercial gesture for the coffee but not at all. So we will not return to Gessin at their place.

I can only comment on the restaurant not the hotel or rooms.
We have eaten here approximately every year for the past 10 years. It used to have a Bib Gourmande rating which in recent years has disappeared. We had a family meal and many elements were disappointing such as the Sea Bass Mains which was overcooked, small and served on a small dish.
Lack of care with allergens. Our starters were laced with peanuts despite one of our guests being severely allergic and also peanuts in the desserts. Very stressful dining experience and we had let the restaurant know in advance and reminded at the sitting.
Overall severly overpriced and not worth the money anymor3 sadly…

We went to Bello Visto for lunch. Our expectations were exceeded!
We chose a menu at a price of €55 per person and an á la carte dish. For an additional charge of ten euros we were able to swap the starter as we don't eat snails
An enchanting cuisine with fresh seasonal vegetables, cleverly put together, delicately seasoned and very attractively served. Terrific!
We got up from the table very satisfied. Thank you very much, dear team. We would like to come again.
Very good value for money for the quality of what was served.

And once again they did it 👍. We went again to this restaurant to eat their excellent beefsteak tartare and were again amazed of the quality of the food, the presentation, the excellent combination of olive oil, spices, Parmesan and whatever ingredients they mixed the meat. Just perfect and a top notch service.
Thanks for a great lunch at your place and the fantastic and friendly attention of your employees. We will come back, that’s for sure
