Incredible views and an unbeatable location. It's right next to the river, and the views from there are simply breathtaking—one of the highlights of the trip. The room: Very nice, comfortable, clean, and with everything you need for a good night's sleep. The food: The food is quite good, with high-quality dishes. However, keep in mind that the portions aren't huge, but you'll leave satisfied. The service: The best part of the experience, along with the views. The staff was attentive and friendly. In short: A fantastic hotel for its location and atmosphere, with delicious food, although the portions are a bit small. Highly recommended!

We received a complimentary Smartbox package including one night for two, dinner and breakfast, spa treatment, and body scrub. Unlike other establishments, we were treated like royalty. The gentlemen at reception were helpful, accommodating, and very friendly. At our table, João and Inés were very welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent service, explaining the dishes and offering helpful guidance. Despite a fire alarm in the middle of the night, the young receptionist (who was new to the job) reassured us and guided us through the process, which didn't detract from our stay at all. The young women at the spa also gave us a wonderful experience; their massages were truly magical and provided absolute relaxation. We highly recommend this place if you're looking to be pampered.

We had a wonderful time at the restaurant for Valentine's Day. Special mention to our waiter Joao, who made the meal even more enjoyable; it was a real pleasure to meet him.

Good restaurant, nice hotel, but the housekeeping staff threw my medicine box in the trash during cleaning. They eventually found it at the bottom of the bin. A real shame for a 4-star hotel…

Aside from the difficulty in finding access and a free parking space, this place is magnificent. We spent a very pleasant night, enjoyed a hearty breakfast, and had a spa/hammam session and treatment, all in a very typical setting.

A professional and welcoming team that listens, and a very pleasant atmosphere. The evening meal is a delight, showcasing unusual flavors and a genuine desire to surprise our palates with finesse and balance. Bravo to the chef! The buffet breakfast offers an interesting, generous, and varied selection. I highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful discovery! This hotel offers a view of Clisson Castle. The welcome was professional and courteous, and the service was impeccable. The room was spacious, modern, and well-equipped. The soundproofing was excellent, as no outside noise (from the hallway or street) reached the room. The queen-size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom with shower was very clean and functional. The only downside was the ventilation system, which was quite audible throughout the night despite the door being closed. Thank you for the thoughtful touches with the petit fours upon arrival; we appreciated them.

A couple of friends and I had a wonderful New Year's Eve. The dinner, entertainment, accommodation, and brunch the following day were all excellent. Special thanks to the extremely friendly and helpful staff. We'd love to do it again!
