Restaurant Bleu sur Salon-De-Provence

The couscous was hearty and well-seasoned, and the service was quick. The meats were well-prepared, especially the kebabs, which were my favorites. The merguez sausages were mild but full of spices. The only downside was the decor, which was unremarkable and didn't contribute to the overall experience; it felt too cold.
