What's more, the dishes are always excellent and generous; there's never a day when you can say, "Today it wasn't as good." It's consistently excellent. I love this place.

My friend and I came and loved it: the couscous was delicious, and we also really enjoyed the orange salad with cinnamon and orange blossom, and the pine nut tea. All this in a very pretty setting, with very pleasant service; the waitress was lovely. We highly recommend it and we will be back!

26/06/2026: Sofra in Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume is much more than a restaurant: it's an authentic and welcoming experience. The cuisine is home-style, generous, and bursting with flavor. Special mention goes to the couscous and kefta, absolutely delicious—cooked with love. Karine, the owner, is a real character: warm, dynamic, and always attentive. And in the kitchen, her husband delights us from start to finish. It's impossible to leave without trying their mint tea or homemade lemonade… truly wonderful! A must-visit if you love good Tunisian food and a genuine, family atmosphere.

19/06/2026: The best couscous in Paris, without a doubt! I went last night and everything was perfect. The welcome was warm, the staff lovely, and the meal absolutely delicious. I discovered this restaurant thanks to McFly and Carlito, and I'd been dreaming of trying it for ages. Yesterday I finally had the chance to go, and I was so happy! 😊 The couscous was excellent, generous, and bursting with flavor. My husband and I tried it and have no complaints. The food arrived quickly, was plentiful, and delicious!
