Lunch on a sunny March day, always a warm welcome with a smile, a very good two-salmon tartare, excellent, and incredibly fresh... What else? L'Amiral will always be L'Amiral, a place to recommend! 👍🍻

After a good hike in Bandol, I was looking for a place to eat that opened around 2 pm, and to my surprise, I stumbled upon L'Amiral. A warm welcome; you really get the feeling you're not intruding at that hour, which, in my experience, isn't always the case. Anyway, I settled in, feeling completely exhausted after a 13 km hike, and ordered a ribeye steak and fries to revive me, you know 😅, and a nice Mourvèdre de Bandol (red wine). The price-quality ratio was excellent... but after this wonderful experience, both personally and gastronomically, I encourage you to enjoy a pleasant moment there too 😍.

30/05/2026: Top-notch restaurant, we had a wonderful meal! We came as a family and everything was perfect: the quality of the food and the service were impeccable. We have nothing to complain about except that we'll be back!
11/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome from the waitress, which is a real treat these days! She was attentive, friendly, and very smiley 👍, and the charcuterie and cheese platter was generous. Fantastic for our first visit. We'll definitely be back when we're in Bandol again 😉
