Well… we thought we were going to eat at Claude's again, and we found ourselves once again in the presence of a truly GREAT chef.
It was breathtakingly precise and elegant, while remaining simple and just right—exactly how we like it.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end.

An excellent gastronomic experience! A wonderful discovery of Ardèche products, prepared with simplicity and finesse – a true delight for the taste buds. This meal will remain a very fond memory, one to be repeated as soon as possible. It richly deserves a Michelin star! Bravo to the entire team!

Always top-notch, excellent value for money. Don't miss it if you're in the area. Friendly staff, magnificent natural setting with views over the valley. A very good bistro too.

Everything was perfect, as usual! The welcome and service were warm and friendly, the food simply excellent, and the atmosphere exceptionally peaceful. What a magnificent example of French hospitality! Bravo, and thank you for preserving it for a long time to come. We'll be back in 10 days :-)

This place is just perfect, it's a sure thing, never disappointed. The server is incredibly pleasant, always attentive to our questions and concerns, offering helpful advice and accommodating our preferences and/or inability to order anything.
