We had a wonderful evening with friends at this restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end! The local Ardèche produce is showcased with great taste and creativity, while respecting the regional flavors. Each dish was a true delight: generous, refined, and perfectly executed.
Special mention must also go to the service: a warm welcome, attentive and highly professional staff throughout the meal. Their passion is evident both in the food and in the way they treat their guests.
