We ate at the hotel restaurant. Good value for money. Delicious red wine from the Couteaux Champenois region. The waiters, and Maxime in particular, truly know their craft.

Excellent service and delicious, generous portions. The prices are more than reasonable for the elegant setting. I highly recommend it. Furthermore, they can adapt dishes to accommodate dietary restrictions, and gluten-free bread is available upon request.

06/03/2026: An exceptional, timeless experience. The food was superb, the homemade foie gras absolutely divine. The tartares were simply unparalleled. And what can I say about Carole! A truly unique character who welcomes you with warmth and makes you feel at ease the moment you walk through the door. A highly recommended spot. In short, 300 km is no problem for us; we'll be back.
12/02/2026: We went there for my partner's birthday on February 11th after receiving glowing recommendations, and I must say we weren't disappointed at all! It's a restaurant you absolutely must experience, especially if you're a tartare aficionado like me. Carole prepares them, like all her dishes, to order. I watched her prepare my tartare by hand in her kitchen from my table. Thank you, Madam, for this wonderful culinary experience that made our birthday evening truly special. See you soon.
