The dishes were good with a special mention for the desserts which were incredible! Small menu of regional specialties and friendly staff. The only downside is the lack of ventilation inside the restaurant which makes the atmosphere hot and filled with cooking smells.

Would highly recommend this restaurant! Delicious food and good service with a cozy inside. The food was typical French cuisine but there is also one vegan main dish (ask when ordering), one vegetarian entree and main dish. The calamari was delicious and the food in general was of great quality and very tasty!

Everything was perfect! We ate 3 very good dishes, the aperitifs are local, the products are fresh and the desserts are original and delicious. The service was also very good, two people to serve us. I recommend this restaurant where you will be sure to eat well!

Fabulous restaurant - an owner with great attitude to customer service. Welcoming, great atmosphere and excellent food. This is the place to go if you recognise quality is more important than having a sez view from the low quality, overpriced restaurants along the harbour.

Bustling restaurants just behind the port. Excellent quality food and down to earth staff. Very busy though, had to wait 30 min before seated even with a reservation - during high season tho. The fish soup is amazing!

We had a wonderful evening. The prices are justified. Cute alley and you can get away from the tourism a bit from the harbor in Cassis.Romantic French restaurant :)

Nous avions gardé du Calendal un très bon souvenir et aimions y retourner lors de chacun de nos séjours à Cassis. La nouvelle équipe a certes conservé le même esprit mais le service et les plats sont en deçà. La terrasse est toujours aussi agréable. Évitez tout de même de trop vous attarder dans la salle intérieure pas top propre et aux abords de la cuisine et du comptoir pas vraiment à la hauteur. Les toilettes sont sales et c'est regrettable. Bref, nous sortons le Calendal de notre carnet d'adresses.

Tout d’abord, un service très sympathique malgré l’affluence. Car oui, mieux vaut réserver vu le monde qui arrive jusque tard.Et pourquoi : le service donc mais aussi une carte courte de produits frais et locaux. De très belles assiettes bien faites.. Très belle adresse.

13/09/2024: Exceptional gourmet restaurant in Cassis with a view of Cap Canaille. The menu offered was a land/sea mix with incredible selected local and international products and extraordinary flavors. The staff is very pleasant, very good advice on wines and attentive throughout the meal. We also enjoyed the discussions with the chef at the end of the meal who toured the tables. We obviously recommend this address.

Le Bonaparte

10/09/2024: Notre réservation annulée à la dernière minute dans un restau voisin, nous nous sommes laissés porter jusqu'au Bonaparte et ce fût une excellente surprise! Personnel sympathique et de bons conseils, un chef passionné et chaleureux, des produits/poissons frais excellents! Léger bémol pour les desserts qui ne sont, selon nous, pas maison. Nous nous sommes régalés malgré tout, un grand merci!
03/09/2024: It's been a long time since I came back because before I was in Cassis and I went there every weekend and unfortunately I wasn't anymore so I had to at least stop there when I got back from vacation and really not disappointed Jean -Marie and her team always at the top and above all a good atmosphere and a pleasant business owner thank you to you and see you one of these days I hope.
