Fantastic restaurant. The food was very good. We ordered mussels au gratin, canneloni and entrecôte. Very reasonably priced! Nice and fast service. The restaurant is located beyond the main harbor promenade, which gave a quieter atmosphere. We will be happy to come back!

Excellent welcome at Calendal, attentive and friendly service. The mussels au gratin were delicious and flavorful as a starter, the squid ink pasta was well-prepared, and the catch of the day—sea bass with basil and pistachio, accompanied by vegetables and a very delicate and generous potato gratin—was a real success. Thank you to the team, I highly recommend it! Tip: Remember to book ahead, as seating is limited and the restaurant fills up quickly during peak hours.

Super nice restaurant with very fresh fish and seafood. We loved the mussels, never had those like this before. Sardines were super fresh and the bouillabaisse amazing. Great place, very friendly.

After one week of searching for "the perfect place" during our holiday we decided to try Restaurant Calendal. It was on a walking distance from our accomodation. We did not plan much but we were welcomed friendly in both French and English. We did not only enjoy a shared starter (moules gratinées) which were sublime, we also enjoyed the fish of the day and "le Tian du Calendal". To top it off, although already quite fulfilled we did not want to miss out on the dessert and we both ordered different flavours, as we'd like to taste each others plates. We combined all this with a quality wine against honest prices and a friendly team. If we could, we would/will revisit. Keep up the good work and the excellent flavours. We do not have enough superlatives to describe our evening. Thank you for ending our vacation in style, comfort, relaxation, familiarity, kindness and a 5-star-worthy meal and service... MERCI!

We booked for 10 people on the same day and received a very warm welcome! This restaurant had been recommended to us by a local, and we were delighted. Everything was delicious. It was quite busy that evening, but the service was impeccable: attentive, friendly waiters who offered excellent advice. All ten of us were very satisfied with our meals (tian, sea bass, squid ink pasta); they were incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. A place to discover if you're in the area!

One of the best restaurants, if not the best, I've ever eaten at! The starter and main courses were exquisite, the fish of the day melted in your mouth, and we didn't even want to move on to dessert so we could savor the taste longer 😋
